       我公司技术总监是全国磨料磨具标准化技术委员会普通磨具及碳化硅特种制品分技术委员会委员，参与修订JB/T3890-2017《碳化硅特种制品 硅碳棒》行业标准，并参加制定《硅碳棒电加热加速老化试验方法》行业标准。现有专利8项，其中发明2项，实用新型专利6项，还有1项发明专利已申报。

       产品均以高纯度碳化硅为主要原料，采用国际一流的反应烧结和重结晶工艺技术及设备，经2500℃以上高温烧结而成，攻克了硅碳棒生产周期长，电阻难控，发热不均，老化快等一系列技术难题，本公司产品优势有密度高、抗折能力强、环境适应能力强、使用寿命长、易安装、无污染等特点，我国硅碳棒现行行业标准体积密度为2.4g/cm³，我公司的工艺（配方）生产出产品体积密度可达到2.52g/cm³。产品经“国家建筑材料工业工业陶瓷产品质量监督检验测试中心”和山东理工大学的检验，体积密度为2.52g/cm³，最高达到2.538g/cm³，抗折强度46.1MPa。以上数据处于新工艺硅碳棒行业前茅。该数据可以证明我们的产品耐老化，能比其他生产厂家同类产品使用寿命延长30%以上，可大大降低企业使用成本。我公司专门研制生产应用于铝行业的超大超长硅碳棒，扩大了炉体的容量，解决了客户的难题，目前处于同行业先进水平。
